SMITH+SMITH contributed streetscape improvements, street level raised planters and a thorough face-lift of an existing garden terrace to the renovation of this modern downtown San Francisco high rise. Wood cladding on the existing concrete raised planters softens and warms the popular lunchtime plaza.
