The open outdoor courtyard at 201 Third Street is part of a 12-story tech friendly property in the SOMA neighborhood. Smith+Smith installed an outdoor burner, seating arrangements and wood panel decking. Trees, shrubs & vines were incorporated into the space as well as a planting irrigation system.
