Founded in 1981, SMITH+SMITH is a San Francisco Bay Area Planning and Landscape Architecture firm. We partner with our clients to design memorable outdoor places that inspire people to interact with their environment. As our extensive portfolio shows, we take on all project types. Our firm is committed to outstanding client service throughout the life of every project.

Over the years SMITH+SMITH has collaborated on projects ranging from hotel and resort design such as the Four Seasons Hualālai in Hawai’i and the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay; an entry plaza and rooftop garden at the PAC-12 Headquarters in San Francisco; and an urban place-making project at Marathon Plaza in the heart of Downtown San Francisco.
