This 3.1 acre project incorporates 75 townhomes and a 60-foot podium building containing an additional 70 condominiums. Included in the landscape architectural services was constructing the Doyle Street Greenbelt, a public open space greenway. This open space included turf areas, pathways, bocce ball courts, and gathering opportunities. On-podium storm water management techniques were applied to creatively channel water away.
