This 25-acre project doubles the instructional area of this East Bay community college campus with three new buildings, a central plaza and quad, arrival areas, pedestrian paths, transit malls and two parking lots. Elms line new ales along the central walkways while native oaks are utilized elsewhere. In the central plaza a formal Bosque creates a deciduous canopy over a gathering area.
