SMITH+SMITH is providing master-planning and entitlement services for this 81-acre San Jose site to include 350,000 square feet of retail space and 217 residential units organized around a central commons amenity area and recreational multi-use spine. Pedestrian and bicycle connections link the project to surrounding neighborhoods, parks and other developments.
