This multi-family residential urban project – opened in 2008 – provides affordable apartments in San Francisco’s burgeoning South of Market district. The project includes streetscapes, gardens and three roof terraces. As part of the project, Smith+Smith implemented the first segment of the Mission Creek Trail Greenway between King and DeHaro Streets.
